My top pin is set for 20 yards. It is only about one inch high at 10 yards. I have six pins set for every 10 yards from 20 to 70. The longer distances are for fun, and shooting at prairie dogs. My range is set up for up to 80 yards. It is fun to shoot out to 70 yards.

Well, just want to add to these replies. My top pin is at 30 yards. Depends what you're shooting. For elk, I have taken at 5-7 yards, 10 yards & 20 yards without any compensation. For deer, because it is smaller, just make sure you choose the best arrow first. I haven't compensate for any, yet. But I numbered my arrows and choose the best one.

My top pin is sighted in for 20 yards and hits about an inch or so high at 10......when shooting from the ground that is. I would suggest shooting from an elevated position if you get the chance. Most shots tend to hit high when shot from a treestand and if you are already about 3 inches high at 10 yards with your 20 yard pin from the ground then from a treestand you could easily be 6-8 ionches high depending on the angle, distance, etc....
Just a thought.
