I put a copper john 3 pin on my rig this year and have a couple of question for you more experienced shooters.
I have had to adjust my horizonal adjustment (to the right) to the point that the pins barely clear my cables. Is this normal or am I having a tuning issue?
Second question is this, There are three sets of holes in the mounting bracket. Is there a benifit to mounting the sight further away from the sight window? I have mine mounted closest to the window.

I'd say that if your arrow flight isn't the best, try moving your arrow rest out (to the left for a right handed shooter). This will require that the sight pins to be moved to the left also. All my bows are tuned to achieve field points and broadheads hitting the same POI with great arrow flight and the string, pins and point of arrow all line up at brace, your's should also or be very close.

I got an answer to the holes question straight from Copper John. Here it is:
They are there to help align your peep around the pin guards orange
ring. You will have to find the proper location by drawing your bow back
and looking thru the peep. It is different for everone of us depeding on
draw lenghth and peep size.
As I use a no-peep, this was not an issue. I started with the sight extended all the way out. I did not like it. It seemed like it would be too easy to bang it on stuff, so I backed it up to the middle set. That made a lot of difference and I am quite pleased.

Thanks for that information PMantle. I do not use a peep sight, so I gater that it does not matter where I mount mine...what do you think?
