Advantage of shooting a longer sight
I have recently got back into 3D archery after a 6 year break. I shoot a Mathews LX at 70# draw weight and a Sure-Loc 6" sight extention. I see in some pictures that most people shoot their sights in between 9 to 12"s. What is the advantage?

Even though some revolvers may shoot as well as some long rifles, it is still easier to hit a target with the long rifle.
