I'm interested in learning to bow hunt after hunting with rifles for several years. I have found a good used bow and my question is how do I determine my draw length. The bow I'm looking at has an adjustable draw of 28-30, but I've seen others at 31-32.

Welcome to the Board!
Best advice is to take your bow and go to a pro shop so they can properly set you up. Nothing will be more frustrating than trying to shoot a bow that is not adjusted for you: like if you have a 28" drawlength and the bow is set to 30".
The pro shop, if they know what they are doing, will properly measure your drawlength and get you started right. Good luck and have fun!
