Default Bowtech MM/Justice

Yesterday was the first time I was able to compare the two bows side by side. The risers are identical. Is the Justice really a Mighty Mite with freedom cam?

No, the MM is Justice with the N cam.
Seriously, they are as you suspect. The Justice was built to give the people looking for a smoother, easier drawing bow. The MM with the N cam is much faster but, is not as smooth drawing. The MM aslo has about 1/4" less brace height (due to cam and idler size). Both bows are very quiet, accurate, and have very little recoil or vibration. If you haven't shot them, do so. You will be amazed.
