Default Getting new arrows

Going tonight to buy some new arrows, probably going with the beman ics hunters.
Currintly i am shooting the epics but am looking for something a little more durable. The epics are a 400 spine.
now here is my question-----My bow is a patriot sc with 28 inch draw, set at 68 lbs now-maybe maxed at 70 soon. The easton book tells me 400's are the way to go but some people tell me to go one size up on the SC bows. Will the 340's be any better,I feel that i will get better flight, especially after paper tuning it

Personally I'd go stiffer, especially if shooting a release.

I agree, stiffer would probably work better. Most times, broadheads seem to tune up better with a slightly stiffer spine. Also, solocams seem to like a stiffer spine as well

I agree with the two prior comments, If it were me I'd ask JEFFB and go with what he tells you he knows what's up.
