The feathers indeed will be more forgiving but they can also cause a spine issue if you are borderline to begin with (which I don't think you are). Removing weight from the back end of an arrow affects spine the same way adding it to the tip does.
Either way your FOC is too low.
And not to harp on the WB after all the BS going on in that other thread, but you will see goofy stuff like that with them...(come out straight for a bit and then starts to wobble)..I've seen it myself..usually it's lack of fletching control...the arrow shoots through and is "forced" straight for a bit, then downrange starts to paradox back because it was never completely stable to begin with due to a "false paper tune".....if you don't have enough fletching control (helical and/or larger enough fletching) and/or spine to tame it, the arrow will never quite recover.
I would work with basic bow and arrow tuning first though and see what happens, before looking at the rest.
