Default Axis shaft sizing

Does anyone know if the Axis 340 would be equivelant to a CE 300 and if the Axis 300 would be equivelant to a CE 400 spine wise.

I'm not positive, but a 340 Easton/Beman size should be a little stiffer than a CE 300. The sizes overlap somewhat. I think a CE 300 covers the upper part of an Easton 400 and lower part of the 340 spine range. The 400 CE would cover the Easton 340 range and probably some of the 300 as well. You could check at Easton's web site or on Bowjackson.com.

CX 300s runs about .360 , so yes the 340s from easton are a bit stiffer.

CX400s run right around 320, and 300 Eastons are just that.

Thanks, Jeff thats exactly what i was looking for. I have been shooting CX 300 for 3-D and have been using CX 400 for hunting with Fixed 100gn BH. I ve shoot both with BH but the 400 seem to group better, so i guees ill try the 300 Axis. I read you were starting to get spine degradation with your axis arrows. Any guess on approxamatley how many shots you had on these arrows. Thanks, Dennis
