Default Too much string twist?

I was wondering if my problem with the peep rotating a lot was because of too many twists in the string? I put about 12 in it when I put it on. Did I go too far?

Probrably not enough twists. I try for a twist every 2" of string length. I'd try another dozen at least and see how it goes (you'll probrably end up putting in more then this).

I agree, not enough twists. Most use one twist for every 1 - 2" of string length.
