What can cause draw force curve to increase?
I ask because I took about three and half weeks off from shooting(travel for work). Went to go shoot my bow the other day and could only shoot it three times!! I mean I could barely get the thing back?! I have never had a problem with the pull and I am just wondering if there is something I could check on the bow that could cause this or have I just become a major weenie[].
I'm really at a loss. I was shooting my bow 30 times 4 days a week before my "vacation". BTW, I shoot a Bowtech TomKat at 61lbs 27.5"draw.

The only time I have ever seen a similar problem, the cause was that the shooter's cable had jumped out of the top cam groove. Otherwise, it seems that someone may been messing with your bow and changed the draw-weight, or one of your cams is malfunctioning.
Maybe a can of spinach will help!

I don 't know the other day I could have sworn my 03 bowtech patriot dual cam became a lot easier to draw I thought maybe a limb bolt had back out but when I measured the draw it was still 75 pounds maxed I guess I must have just been feeling stronger than usual

Without adjusting something major on the bow a bow's draw force curve cannot change. I would tend to agree with C903's earlier suggestions.

I pulled the axles and lubed them on my (now headed to new owner) mighty-mite to see if that would help free it up, didn't feel any different. But boy was it dirty in there!

Muscle memory. When I don't shoot for an extended period of time, my bows feel harder to draw at first. I think the muscles used to pull the bow just need to be reintroduced to shooting. I notice a difference after a week, though it is very seldom I don't shoot every few days. Muscle memory is very important to consistent form and shooting.
