I have not had a problem with the creep on the '04 string/cables but have had some serving separation. No problem as I just reserved it myself. I am relatively impressed with the new material.

I will just chalk this one up to Jason's preferance for trying new things....

I see nothing wrong with going with a known factor. I always re-strings my new bows. I make my own and I know exactly what to expect from my own strings. It's not being made by a worker who migh have a hangover or someone who might be daydreaming when they made mine. Even if my bow came with a Winners Choice string, I'd replace it. It would make a good emergency backup string, and everyone should have one of those anyway.

I just bought a 2004 Mighty Mite and after shooting it for the last four days I can already see that the serving is seperating which probably means the string is streching. I will be getting a set of winners choice as well and quickly!!!

Hey guys,

Sorry that it has taken this long to reply, I have had bad computer problems.

As far as why I am getting new Winners Choice string and cable it isn't because of string stretch! These things havn't moved! But, as some of you may remember, I had 5 or 6 spots where I was having serving seperation! Well, this past Sunday while fine tuning the bow, my friend and I had to move the nock down as it was set way to high (the bottom of the arrow sat about 1/8" above the top of the berger button holes)! Well, when we moved the nock down we noticed that the guy at the shop had over-tightened the nock and he entirely split the serving!

I am getting the Winners Choice because I don't want to have to worry about my strings! The Winners Choice strings that I put on my MightyMite worked flawlessly and I trust them.

I will be reserving the factory string and cable and have them as back up strings.

The 04 strings are great, but the serving isn't as good as it could be!

buckeye, you hit my set-up right on the head!
