Mike, I would gues the 1-2fps was for the both. I've installed them before and not even seen a speed difference. Same arrow shot 3 times before and after over the chrony.

1" draw length ment 9 fps on my bow.

If you really liked the Hoyt, you will be kicking yourself later for not getting it. I'm not brand loyal or trying to bash, but when a certain bow talks to you, it's best you listen.

Did you get to shoot both (all 3) of them side by side?
20 fps difference would be hard to pass up, but if speed was not a factor, which would you pick?
I'm not sure where 300 fps is going to get you, but if it's for hunting- 280 is plenty fast!
