I tend to agree with the other comments. As long as you stick with a reliable fixed or replacement blade broadhead and not an expandable I think you setup is fine for North American game larger than a whitetail. However, that extra few lbs of draw weight could help in a pinch and switching to an arrow shaft like the Axis or a heavier aluminum can only help in the penetration category.

IAKSmith, did you mean to list those grains starting with a 3??
The reason I ask, my Extreme Solo at 58 # is shooting a 300 grain Gold Tip Pro 35-55 at 306fps.
Big difference???
