Savage Turbow dealie-ma-bob... At first, I assumed it simply restricted cable slide movement to increase draw weight, but from reading their description of it, I'm left wondering what the...

Anyone every seen or used one? What's it do exactly? Does it have any merit?

I have a friend with an older browning bowthat tried to buy one of these from savage. They have discontuned the contraption. They told him they were getting heat from bow manufactures about it voiding their factory warranties.

I got somewhat of a headache just reading the description. At first glance I thought it was a fancy version of the Jennings Swing Arm cable guard.

Hey RB,

Why don't you do a "Have you seen this yet?" post about those new NAP limb dampeners?

Cause I haven't "seen them yet"...

Plus, if I buy a Bowtech or Merlin, I won't need them

....or half the others bows on the market now as I see most of them have some form of Sims device now attached straight from the factory.

Come on...ya know you want to post on them....find that link...they are just too "special" not to be commented on....

I've goofed around with the NAP Thunderblox. The work VERY well. As good as Sims AFAICT. The "Double split limb" versions are most excellent for Hoyt (or other split limb bows), but the double version does rob some speed.

I do tend to do that at times, don't I?

Thanks for the info Jeff. They look big and bulky so I was curious.
