Default new Hoyt

I am happy to say that I will be purchasing a new bow this week, and am leaning heavily toward the Hoyt ultratec. Does any one have one, and if so, how do you like it?

The Ultratec is a very good bow. I personally don't have any shooting experience with this bow, but I have shot quite a few of the Hoyts. The 04 Ultratec uses the new pocket system called Triax. Its a stout configuration which I personally feel makes the best Pocket system in the industry even better.

It all comes down to what you want to do with the bow. I personally like a little shorter bow. The Ultratec is long in ATA. But its very forgiving and accurate due to this. Many shooters shooting Hoyt for target usually shoot Ultratecs, but there are also a lot of them using them for hunting puproses.

If you like a longer ATA bow, I don't think you can go wrong. Its a proven performer.
