marks for string creep?

RE: marks for string creep?
One of the best ways I've found is to take a pencil and draw a line on the side of the cam where it passes through the limb. With that you be able to see how much your string stretches. Of course the cable might stretch so it's best if you measure your ATA also, although cables don't usually stretch very much. With the pencil marks you'll also be able to set the bow right to your drawlength if and when you change any of the rigging.

Actually, I have seen the cable on a single cam bow creep very frequently. There is only one cable on a one-cam bow and since the entire string "let's-off" up to 80% on many bows, that one cable has the entire load. Once you mark your cam, you can tell what is creeping more by which way it moves.
