Frank:

That has to be THE bargain of the site at this point. With 4 days to go, I hope the bidding gets going a little stronger for you. Nice pics BTW.

I missed it at first, thinking I was looking for a 2004 Mighty Mite VFT![]

(Of which, BTW, there has been no review!)

Jeff,

No, the MM is going to be my hunting bow for next season.......and maybe spring turkey too. I just finished overhauling my setup on it because of some accuracy problems I was having. I should post a pic of it now...

Anyway, as for the review...there will be one but I have been sort of waiting for Matt or Jeff to post something on their bows first. If they don't put up anything by the ATA show then I will have it up for you to read.

I am going to add a little something extra this time....you folks oughta get a kick out of it...

Here's mine on an 04 P40 Dually. I haven't shot it yet but, drawing the bow the rest comes up fine. I'll know tomorrow.

Though we did discuss this individually, what is the deal with hooking it over the metal loop instead of through it?

Congratulations on your new bow BM. I sort of envy you guys getting a new bow already.

Questions for those using dropaway rests that utilize a steel cable or a cord......is there any noise at all from the rest? Was thinking of a Bodoodle Game Dropper......no cable or cord and its supposed to automatically reset, but don't hear much about anyone using it.

Coug..IME, no more than my NAP 3000 that I had on my Liberty when I first got it. In fact I'd say my TT is a bit quieter. Not much, but a bit. Just pad the shelf & launcher w/ moleskin/fleece.

junkie, thanks for the great idea. As you can all see, the cord pulls in a more downward direction this way (when hooked to the slide). Which is what is needed to lift the launcher. I got to shoot the P40 today and it worked perfectly. At 30 yds (max indoor) the X ring was getting pounded. The rest came up consistently, and dropped consistently, every time. I'm very pleased with how it works set up this way. It's much easier to get the timing of the rest just the way I wanted it. I'll most likely be buying the Trophy Takers in the future. I don't hear any noise from them, and they're quieter than the NAP 4000s I have on my other bows.
