Glad to see a person buying their first bow. What kind of bow is it? As for the stabilizers I do believe that stealth stabilizers are one of the best but the only way to find the one for your bow is to shoot different ones on it and see how they feel. I think it's kind of the same thing with the releases but I shoot with a tru bal tornado and I love it. Hope this helps some.

I use the tranquilizer by GKF for a stabilizer and have been pleased with it.

As for a release I use a run of the mill $30 true fire release. I personally see no benefit in using $80 releases.... but maybe I am just missing something???

I use Doinker 2 3/4in chubby hunter stabilizer i use to use longer stabilizers but for hunting they can get in your way, but personnal preference. Release is a tru-fire hurricane buckle. I like it over a velcro closure for quietness and you can put the release on everytime and it in the same place. Good luck and picking out your accessories.
