Antler Eater,

How did you modify the NAP holder? I too use a NAP holder with my TT, but I've often thought there must be a way to have it capture the arrow better, but I haven't come with anything.

What's the big "attraction" with these drop aways.I have always liked the idea that the ONLY thing moving,at the moment of truth,,,was my ARROW

Two words,,plain and simple,,WISKER "B" [:-]

HotLZ, nothing fancy, I just trimmed the ends of the base off to where it fit close to the capture arms of the TT when it was in the down position, then glued it to the shelf. It has worked real well for me.

If arrow capture is what concerns you , you cant beat a muzzy zerro effect , another plus to it is it is totaly silent on the draw when setup properly , the fastest bow I ever owned shot a reel 290 fps and I had no clearance problems with my zerro effect . After all these years and all the others to follow I still believe its the best all around for hunting , with the trophy taker running a strong second .

I love my zero effect. Best money I've ever spent on my bow. I use it for hunting as well as 3D and have shot plenty of arrows through it without a single problem.

I love my mirage by gkf. it fully traps the parts and I would have to turn my bow more than 90 degrees to get the arrow to fall out of the rest.
