Fletching arrows is not rocket science. It is pretty darn easy to see if you are set up incorrectly as part of your fletch is not sitting on the arrow shaft. Beyond that, just duplicate what you do on one vane/feather for the other 2 and you should be good to go

The details are the part that takes time to learn. How to put enough but not too much glue on, which glue to use, how long do you have to leave the clamp on, which vanes or feathers you like, etc., etc.....
