Bow Grip???

you dont want to grip your bow because this will cause tork and thats not good. but i have also seen guys just stick there fingers out strait and lock them, and thats not good either what i have is a low grip with my fingers and thumb relaxed this way the riser is only coming in cotact with my palm. know thats just how i do it. doesnt meen its right. (but thats what bernie pallaties told me to do)

One word of caution, if you use an open grip, get a wrist sling!!!

I shoot with the only contact between my hand and the riser being in the area between my thumb and pointer finger. I seem to prefer a medium wrist grip style for the moment though that is probably the result of the grip designs on the bows that I am currently shooting.
