I threw a couple accesories on and shot a few arrows , all be it an inch long on draw . I' ve herd others express that this bow is quiet and I have found that to be very true with a 390 grain arrow and at 60 lbs it very quiet , very differant than last years mavricks sound . They have 8 big speed nocks on the string something I' ve never seen before , it may be why its so quiet . I can tell by shoot' nt I' ll need a winners choice string , I may have them install the same number of nocks so it keeps its quiet qualities . One other observation , it buries the arrows in the target , must be developing some serious ke , I think more than just what I would sucspect from shooting an inch over , time will tell .

Nice looking bow, Jimmy.

I does look very much like the old Maverick. The brace height is supposed to be a little bit higher. It will be interesting to get Len' s take on this bow. I would like to know how they got it so much quieter than the old Mavs. I liked the draw, speed, and accuracy of mine, but the noise and recoil were what drove me to try other things.

That hasn' t been all bad though, because I really like the Bowtech that I ended up with.
