tiller ? for mathews lx shooters
I have a question about checking tiller on my mathews lx. I e-mailed the tech guy at mathews and he said that it is normal for the lx to have an 1/8 difference in tiller on the lower limb. Has anyone else found this to be true? I know that you are suppose to bottom the limbs out and then back them off until you reach your desired poundage and then that is where you should leave it. If your tiller is not measuring the same should you adjust it until it is, or just leave it alone? If you adjust it someone please refresh my memory on setting tiller. Does tightening the limb bolt increase or decrease tiller and how do you do this to avoid changing draw weight and not mess the measurement up on the other limb? Is it true that you should run a piece of string from axle to axle then measure from the limb pocket to the string for an accurate reading on a single cam? I know I have asked alot, but would appreciate your help. Good luck this year. BHunter32.
