RE: ???? for Len, PA JeffB on Hoyt Limbs
Ausie,
Thanx for the Invite!! With a 2 year old it's tough to get any substantial time away from home, but I will be sure to take you up on the offer if I do!!
Len,
I've heard Frank makes alot more noises than snoring in the middle of the night!
FRank,
Hey buddy, just a shop manager, not an owner. And that doesn't mean you are a "lowly bum" as far as archery knowledge goes, I wish I could find a shop around here that has an employee of your caliber!
And don't forget I'm from VA and still have some twang even though I'm stuck up here in the abyssal hell...errr.. New York...
as far as I'm concerned Len's a yankee!

Now what in tarnation is that supposed to mean? You been talkin' to my wife again<img src=icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle>!!!!! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
I appreciate the compliment but to tell you the truth, half the guys that walk into the shop don't give a darn about brace height, limb pocket design or the inherent advantages of one cam design over another. It can get frustrating at times....especially when fellow coworkers are narrow-minded.
On a related note....you should have seen the trouble I went through to try to convince the current shop owner to be the first in "the Valley" to carry Bowtech.....loooonggg story.
I would also ask if you have taken a gander at some of the new Jennings bows. I took a second look at some of their new "Master" series bows yesterday and I was really impressed with some of the improvements in manufacturing and design.....if you get a chance check out the Grandmaster, Rackmaster and Trophymaster...significant improvements over past designs.

Actually, Jeff, I hail from the "Lee" family in Virginia (Robert E., that is). My grandmother was a "Lee". You can take the boy out of the south; but, you can't take the south out of the boy!
Thanks, Aussie. That invite sounds interesting if I would ever get the time. I'm right now negotiating on another piece of property to build a new store. This one looks like it might work, so I may be tied up for the next year or so.
