tuning with loop
I just replaced the old zebra with wc string and cable and went to a loop knock. I posted earlier about my arrow having porpose like movement. thanks for those replys. the guy at the pro shop said I wont be able to get " bullet holes" paper tuning since I shoot with a loop. Is there any truth to this statement? Any advise on tuning my bow. My arrows seem to stick in the target at all different angles. I have not done a true paper tune yet. thanks for all replys....Mitch

RE: tuning with loop
I have been shooting loops for two years now and I have been able to get bullet holes after making the proper adjustments. I also switched to a WC string and installed a new loop this year and I was still able to tune and get bullet hole. Maybe someone here who has the link to Easton' s tune guide will reply and you can check it out. I have it to be very helpful.

Your pro shop guy maybe shouldn' t be running a pro shop if he can' t get bullet holes with a loop. I' ve been using one for seven yeas now and can get bullet holes every time. Maybe you should find a shop that has a clue.

RE: tuning with loop
You should be able to get better arrow flight shooting with a loop.
When shooting off the string, the apex of the string at full draw is below the arrow nock, which may cause wobble or oscillations of the arrow upon release.
When shooting with a loop, the apex of the bow string is directly behind the arrow, and the force of the string, upon release, is in line with the arrow which reduces the chance of arrow wobble.
