anybody know if its hard to cut and build your own arrows????

Well, first what kinda arrows. If carbon, you need a high speed cutter at least 5000RPM's. If aluminum, you can use a pipe tube cutter, but I don't recommend it. Just get some decent glue like steel force, or goat tuff, install your inserts and usually you can get nocks that are press in, and get ya a decent arrow jig. I use an arizona easy fletch for carbons but use bitzenburger for everything else.

It's easy.
Get a mini cut off saw from harbor freight and a Arizona E-Z fletching jig and your set.

When you do cut carbons back cut an equal amount from both ends which will take care of any run out.

Assembling arrows is a cake walk.Making wood arrows from scratch is a whole nother ball game.LOTS of work involved!!!That said I think every bow hunter should try making his own bow,arrows, and BH's from scratch at some point.
