What about at 27.5"? That would probably be enough to throw me into the weak side of things, right? Obviously at 60-61#s I'm too weak then at that point as well.

Not sure what OT2 variations there are, but I'm showing a 3-49 being about PERFECT with my copy.
This to me is a RED FLAG though, and I think at some point, you need to seriously look at the rest as being the problem, especially when I'm seeing that you're spine should be about perfect according to what OT2 is telling me. A walk-back is only a start point, even after walking back a bow, I still tweak just a little bit for my final BH tune. FWIW, OT2 showed my set-up to be a touch "overspined," but I am still putting arrows in a 3-4" grouping at 40yds shooting my ST Mag's. I think you need to re-think this and look more closely at the rest. In essence, you really if you had everything close could SKIP the walkback tune, and just start right out with a BH tune at 20yds if you felt everything was pretty close as far as alignment.
Just my $.02, good luck, and I hope it works out for you one way or another.

I did move the rest when I was BH tuning, but ran out of adjustment (at least I thought I did, it's been a little while). I haven't adjusted the tension (shooting a limb driver). I don't have clearance issues, though. FPs fly great, and I walk-back tuned everything, but once I slap a 100gr Slick trick on it, I'm hitting left of my FPs.

I suppose the whole point here is this. I have about 10 arrows left. I need to purchase some more, so if I want to keep this 10 (assuming it's something with my rest, and I'm truly not showing a weak spine), I will need to continue ordering them cut to 27.5". However, if I sell those 10, and start fresh, I can get the new ones all cut at 27", and KNOW I'm ok spine wise especially if I want to bottom out my limbs. Thoughts?

You can still cut these shafts, just get some new unibushings and trim the excess length off the back of the shafts. Then just reinstall the new uni's and you are back in action.I say get new because it is hard to remove old uni's without destroying them.
You might want to refletch to keep it the same.
