after trying some of them. i have found out that they fly way off to the right at 20yds.
anyone else had problems with these for groupings? i hear they should be rather accurate in the bows? it seems though the spitefires are just about dead on as the field tips are.

I have found steelforce heads to be very accurate, most time grouping very close to my field points. IF at 20 yards they are that far off you either have a tuning problem, and or are not using enough helical on your fletching to stabilize the arrow. It is possible you have some bad heads as well but I would tend to believe it' s the bow tuning and fletching issues.

I had this problem, but mine all grouped low. And, no, my tuning is on. I think there might have been a bad head. Plus, i dont like the lock down style on these, they didnt seem as durable as my muzzys. Other than that, i thought they were a great head. Very sharp and did group well, just a little lower than what they should have.

I gotta go with a mega-ditto on what 5-shot has just said. When it comes to broadhead flight issues, some shooters are too quick to blame just the broadhead.
Most fixed blade heads will have flight characteristics that do not correspond with the flight of field point mounted shafts, and often will require different adjustments. Fixed heads can also be telltale of form discrepancies, improperly mounted broadheads, spine issues, etc.
My fixed broadheads group very tight, but lower left of were my field points group. However, since I do not hunt deer with field points, I tuned my bow and my shafts to accommodate the broadhead. They hit where I aim.
