CBM SC!
You guys get overworked with the speed of LX! Than look at this.
My new Hoyt Ultra Tech with Cam 1/2 at 30 inch draw, at 67 lb shoots 350 grain arrow at 309 fps! Not at 70 lb.
I have True Peep, 2 leeches and brass nock on a string.
UT' s brace is 7 3/8 NOT 6 5/8, like LX' s.

LX is NOT a speed burner, but it is a nice bow.
Good shooting

At 67 pounds I' m getting 285 with a 410 gr. arrow at 29.5 inches and 80% let off. That' ll do for me.

How about a 70 lb peak, 29" draw, 80% letoff and 370 grain arrow at 306 fps? Not 74 lbs, not 30" , not 65% letoff, not Cam.5, not as pricey, not even 350 grains, and lots of stuff on the string!!! Not a Matthews or a Hoyt, but a Bowtech VFT!!!

I really was just trying to find out what was up with Bowhunter32,Azmedman, Tax Lawyer , and others who posted a while back about LX' s !! Did they get them or not , how they like them, what kind of performance, etc.

If your happy with your BT or Hoyt .......congrat' s !!

Turkeyreaper, The LX and Legacy are different bows .

Sorry about not getting back to you sooner. I have had my LX for a few weeks now, but have been waiting for accessories and arrows. The guys at my local bow shop know their bows, but I sometimes wonder about their business abilities. Anyway, I finally have shot mine a few times and love it. I am not getting speeds as fast as I have seen listed by the others, but good enough. I am shooting a 29" , 400 grain CX400 at 70# with a 29.5" draw at 80% let off and am getting 285 fps. When you do that KE calculation, that' s plenty of knock down power and it shoots soooooo smooth. I am not feeling bad at all about turning in my hoyt and shooting the LX!
