A trophy taker rest will work great on that bow allso , that is what I would use if it were me . If you are going to hunt with it get the shakey hunter version .

jamaltwy,

The cord is attached to the launcher by being threaded through the arm inside the rest and then domed(melted so that it can' t pull through). Chris the owner of TR told me someone just made a mistake and didn' t dome it enough. He said he has shot the prototype for two years now with no failure. He also said he is now shooting 4-6in. groups at 80yds. and I can believe it. I am just a begginer and am already shooting tight groups to 40 yards without a peep. With my old prong rest I couldn' t have ever dreamed of shooting this well. Yes he sent me a new one and I had it by noon the next day. Chris Rager is the owner there and he is happy to answer questions. He answered every email within an hour. The best thing about this rest versus a trophy taker is you don' t have to put anything extra on the shelf to quiet it.

For those who had been wondering how the rest failed, and how the customer service was, I think this post contains the answer.

I had the oppertunity to shoot an LX last Monday with a Drop Zone installed. I like the capture of this rest, it reminds me of the MZE. It or the new MZE adapted for the Mathews roller guard would be the direction I' d lean.

The new Muzzy Zero Effect rest for the Mathews roller guard would br the way to go, IMHO, the first version is battle proven and very accurate.
I have the first version on my Q2 and it just works great!
Actually bought the rest before I owned the bow to put it on.
Now that they have come out with one for the roller guard...I am buying the LX
Good luck with whatever you decide!
