hey everyone! it is my first time in here and i just had a question in regards to bowtech. I am a left handed shooter and where i live it is really tough to get your hands on a quality bow without shooting it first, i was wondering i am seriously looking at the 2002 extreme solo and i can get one right out of the box for 425.00 i am thinking it is a great deal and wondered what everyone else thought. i will be shooting a 28in draw at 60lbs and i am guessing and hoping i can get an ibo speed in the upper 280' s with a 300 grain arrow. does anyone own this bow and what do you think? i am also looking at some renegades, and a buckmaster g2 i would appreciate some feedback.
sincerely scott

My son owns one, love' s it, and is deadly accurate with it. He shoots a right hand 70lb, 27" draw. His speeds are 291 with a 391 grain Beman arrow and 299 with my 367 grain arrow. That' s at 27" draw. Not bad in my view. The price you' ve got is awesome as new in 2002 they were $550. You will need a good stabilizer and possibly a Sims Enhancer 2000 to eliminate the hand shock. That' s the only comment he made about it!!!
