I just started using a Trophy Taker rest and I am real impressed with them. They look like they will be even better on my hunting bow when I get my big vanes and more helical on there.
Anyways, here is my 3-D.
PSE Carrera LC
68 lbs. 27 3/4" draw
Easton 2312's with Flitemate 80 gr. points
PSE Comp Pro 200's with 90 gr. nibbs
I use PSE Pro Fletch 230 vanes or 180's
Trophy Taker Arrow rest
Super Scope w/ 4x lens
Toxonics moveable sight
Vibracheck stabilizers
Carter Insatiable Releases w/ 2-125# springs
I do like taking a seat to the big shoots as you usually take about 3 hours to shoot 20 targets so you can rest between targets and stay focused but I don't take my seat to the smaller, faster moving shoots.

I agree with TFOX commnets in that "The first thing you might want to do is lighten up the draw weight." If you are going to be shooting nearly all year and for the rest of your life why take the wear and tear on your body joints if you don't have to? I do shoot 64# with my MQ1 when hunting with a 330 grain arrow. it has worked very well on Deer, Elk and Bear.
My 3D set up is as follows:
Mathews Q2XL
52# at 27.5" Draw Length
String "D" Loop
Hogg-It Pin Sight (MBR class)
24" APE stabilizer
2 8" inch AEP back bars.
Schrewd Precision Grip
Trophy Taker rest
Carter Colby 2 release(s)
Arrow Dynamics .395 whites
50 gr points
1.75" Dura Vanes
3-39 inserts w/G nock
Arrow weight is 262gr
Chrono's at 282fps
