Default RE: New to Back Tension Releases

Glad I'm not the only one who got a fat lip and loose tooth from trying out a backtension release [8D]. Quite a few of the regular trigger releases are very friendly to backtension techniques. The new Tru Ball Short 'N Sweet S2 has a swept back trigger, so you can curl your finger around it and let the back muscles do the rest. Or you can use it conventionally if you want.
