Default How to set offset on Bohning jig

I have recently begun to fletch my own arrows and just set my jig to what my current arrows have for fletching. My question is. I know how to set the offsett. How doI measure the offset on my jig? I cant find information anywhere on the subject. I plan on using 4" Quik spins with an offset of 2 degrees and straight clamp. thanks.
