Arrow Grains?
I have been reading alot of posts about people saying they like to shoot arrows at 400grs and up. I have a 60lb Guardian at 28in and my arrows are currently 334grs. They are GT XT Hunters,26.5in long,75gr heads,3 blazers and 4in wraps. Was wondering if you guys think this setup is ok or if I should look into a heavier arrow? My arrows fly great now and i'm shooting about 270fps. I am not concered about speed though just want some good wallop. Thank You.

Just make sure they are spined right for your bow.
The arrowsI have for my Marquis 60lb 28" drawweigh in at 490gr's and they do pack a wallop

Which XT are you shooting........ 3555, 5575, 7595?
I can tell you one thing. I would be shooting a heavier head than 75 grains. With out knowing exactly what arrow you are using I can't figure it exactly but you have a very low FOC% on that arrow, I bet less than 8%.

Yes, go to gold tips site and think they have the foc calculators and some other good info on there.
