Your arrow tip is tracking left and a little high from the nock. Assuming the arrow spine is correct and you don't have a clearance problem; you would want to move the arrow rest to the left about 1/16" at a time and also raise you nocking point a little. Just be advised that the classic "too stiff" of an arrow shaft tear is what you have. It is also commonly a sign of the fletching hitting either the arrow shelf, launcher, or the buss cable. Don't start moving anything until you have completely eliminated these two possibilities.

That will make too stiff of a shaft even worse. You could just strip the fletching off an arrow and see where it hits at 20 yards compared to a fletched shaft. Do this with field points, not broadheads.
Also, give us a rundown on your setup. What bow, poundage, arrow length, arrow brand and series, point weight, etc?

Well, the Easton chart shows a 3-39 to be on the weak side. You should be using a 3-49 and possibly even a 3-60. Backing the poundage off to about 65 lbs. will likely help the spine issue, but will also probably make the left tear worse. No contact issues over on the right side of the arrow? Then I would move the arrow rest to the left and see what happens.

I had a brain fart, they are 3-49s. I went and shot a bare shaft thru the paper and got the same diagonal tear minus the fletch. Is moving the rest my next step?

I ended up moving the rest almost 1/8" to the left but have a good paper tear as far as left right goes. It still looks like it is a hair point high though. Is my only option to move the nock point up?
