when i hold the release this way, my thumb is under my jaw, so that is fixed, that would just be another anchor point right? and how does my stance and grip look now in the new pics.

This looks prettydecent to me. Slight bend in your bow arm is good. It is supposed to take about 1,000 repetitions to re-learn muscle memory. I guess you will be spending some time at the range this year.

Doesn't show real well in most of the pictures because they're cut off, but your stance needs to be altered. Legs should be normal straight, not bent knee,with a straight line passing acrossthe toes of both feet and going directly to the target. Your feet need to be squared (parallel to one another). Weight distribution of ~ 60% on left foot and slightly forward can be accomplished without leaning into the shot.
The pictures in post #7 show too long a draw length with your bow arm hyper extended, but is improved in post #11.
