well i tried this walk back tuning deal and it didnt really work i just wasnt consistent enough to tell which way to move..
so i winded up back on the internet researching how to tune or other ways to tune the bow..
i find a topic on archery talk and begin to read ......wow....seems pretty easy...i go outside and give it a try....after about 20 min.. i was flinging arrows with confidence..my form,draw,aim,all seemed to come together for the first time in my bowhunting career..
i want to highly reccoomend anyone that has trouble with "walk back tuning" to look into this////
"MOTIFIED FRENCH TUNING".... the best tuning that i have ever had..i was actually shooting arrows in quarter size holes @ 20 yds!!!!!!!.
my grandpa made me a target hog and dang was i tearing up that one hole shot after shot...
plz look into this it is simple and the results are great!!!!!

Found this on the net. This is how I do it.
Hang a weighted string from a nail on a target.
Stick a round sticker on the target face so that the string splits the sticker. Use your existing 20-yd pin, step back 20-yards from the target and fire at the sticker.
Don't worry about where the arrow hits.
Walk straight back to 30 yds, and using the same 20-yd pin setting,
fire an arrow at the sticker.
Repeat at 35 yds and at 40 yds, using the 20-yd pin and firing at the sticker.
If your arrows look like this pattern " / (move the rest to the right)" or “\ (move the rest to the left)”,
then pick a direction and move your arrow rest 1/16th inch. (DON'T JUST "PICK" a direction!!!)
If the pattern gets straighter (more vertical), then that is great. Keep adjusting in that direction.
If the pattern gets more crooked, then adjust in the other direction.
Keep firing arrows and keep adjusting the arrow rest position until you get a vertical pattern of arrows.
Eventually, your arrows will hit in the target is a straight up and down line like this " | ".
LOCK down the arrow rest setting. Your centershot is perfect.

After each rest adjustment, you want to re-ZERO your pin, and re-check the centering. It may take 3-4 rest adjustments to get "perfect," but once you've dialed it in, you'll be happy you spent the time doing it. I personally like group and walk-back tuning methods best, but I know there are a lot of guys who'd rather paper-tune, then go to these forms of tuning or others.

Some prefer french tuning,some prefer walk back,they are both very good ways to get centershot but I also like to add some group tuning into the equation.Just make sure that you have everything marked so you can come back to that setting.
