Is the ATA in spec?

If so, then it's probably the scale or possibly weak limbs (not likely though).

If the ATA is longer than spec, then yourcables have stretched and they need to be twisted up again.

I guess while I am at it I'll go ahead and throw out another question, My bow is set at 65% let off, what is the down side of switching it to 75%? There has to be a down side to less holding weight, I'm to narrow minded to spot it though.[&:]
You should loose some speed if the math I read is right. Often times you'll see a graph showing the draw force curve. What it shows is the energy stored in the bow before the shot. A higher let off will have less of the box blakened/filled meaning less push time. It would be a slight drop. Chrono it and see.
