OK Tech heads, on Chronographing.

RE: OK Tech heads, on Chronographing.
I don't know. I'll play with it, Brian will be back up sometime too. I just don't know.
Thanks guys, I'll see what I can come up with.
Unless Brian was really pulling against it, I can't think of anything more. I'll try it with some other guys when they are up as well. Tis interesting.
I'm not making excuses as I'm really baffled but it seems like we covered everything that is offered up except the elbow that AP suggested.
Thanks guys, I'll see what I can come up with.

Rob,
I think you may have the answer here. If he's got a longer drawlength, esp. if he "firewall draws (not sure it this is the correct term, just what I've heard it called, and it's the way I've learned to shoot after having some creep issues when my shoulder was beat up)." I can shoot a 31" bow, though not comfortable, I can shoot one well enough to get sights close, then give it back to whoever it belongs to and let them fine tune it. Did this for a buddy a couple years ago. So if he can draw a considerable amount longer than you, and he "firewall draws," it could be possible that he was sneaking those extra FPS. Just my $.02, but I can see this being the most likely answer.

It might be it, he shot faster with his 30" draw then I did shooting his 30" bow too. Must be something to it. Good brainstorming guys, I'll have to tinker.

If I could draw my bows back(sholder surgery)I would do some testing, here is a pic of my set up for checking my CB's Fps yesterday,it used to be 25yrds but I built a man cave off of my man room so now I am at 12yrds with the chrono set 2 arrow lenghts away.
