RE: Hoyt Magnatec
I shot a 2003 MagnaTec today myself. I am interested in the RazorTec but found out a guy I work with, just bought a MagnaTec with the cam and 1/2. He offered to let me come over and shoot it so I went with him to his house to shoot it on my lunch break. Here is my impression of the cam and 1/2:
AWESOME!!
Not like a solocam bow at all. Very smooth drawing and probably the smoothest draw I've ever drawn on a bow. I like the feel of the Tec risers. I haven't shot the RazorTec as of yet...but I will tell you that I thought the MagnaTec was a loud bow. He had it rigged for hunting and he was talking about how quiet it was. I thought it was loud though. He didn't have any limbsaver products on it though...like the other Hoyts come with. But the bow is a sleek looking bow. That's for sure.
