Hey guys I need a little help. I shot all three today back to back. I am really leaning towards the RazorTex. The Dually was nice. Extremely fast but no valley to speak of. Also I did not see where it was worth another $100.
RazorTec and HavoTec 559
Dually 649
Any Suggestions. Give me the good bad and ugly that you have experienced with each.

I am personally a Hoyt fan but I am hearing fine things about the Patriot.
The main thing that would make my decission for me is you will never have to worry about the cam 1/2 going out of time. Can't say that about the dually.
I have an Ultratec and we have gone thru it with a fine tooth comb with a lazer and the Hooter shooter and it is the best bow that has ever been on the machine. The person that owns the Hooter Shooter is a die hard 2 cam fan but after playing with the cam 1/2,he has been convinced. He said he was going to buy 1 for himself.
Oh yeah, this person has tuned world record bows so I put a little stock in what he has to say.
What I really like about the cam 1/2 is that it comes out of the box shooting like it has been creep tuned but you don't have to fight it.He shot mine up to 3/8" short and the arrows were still hitting the same hole.

I have another question about the Hoyt Bows. Up from the 27-30 draw range module what is the next range up. The Catalog says you can get a 31" Draw.

The next cam with the razor and havoc is the draw range 7 cam that goes from 28.5"-31".
If you are needing a 31" draw then I would suggest going with the Ultratec or the Protec.I even shoot the Ultra at 29" for 3-d.For hunting I am thinking about the Razor but will most likely stick with the Ultra. That is what I hunted with this year and loved it.
Both the Ultra and Protec are more expensive but are worth it if you are of a longer draw.

Choose the one that feels the best to shoot. It's a lot more fun to shoot a comfortable bow and you'll practice more which will make you a better shooter. A slow hit is better than a fast miss. I've made the faster is better mistake and learned from it.

I'm generally partial to Bowtech, but AFAIC, Hoyt's Cam and a half is the best system out there yet. It has a very nice draw, very good performance, very adjustable, a nice draw stop, and is super accurate..as accurate as any dual cam bow I've owned.
I'm having a really tough time choosing between my DC PAT and my CyberTec.
The DC PAT has a little more speed thanthe CyberTEc with a substantially higher brace height, but ya gotta work for it. It's very accurate and has a little less recoil than my CyberTec (though both bows have a very low amount to begin with).
Neither bow has any handshock when set-up with Limbsavers, leeches and good stabilizer.
As TM said, you should choose the one that feels best to shoot.
At any rate, any of those bows are an excellent choice.

Today I ended my search for my new bow and I have to thank Frank (PABowhntr) for his time and assistance. Frank is a great guy and was gratious enough to drive and meet me at his pro shop with his Razortec and his Patriot DC. He adjusted both bows to 60# and they were at 29" draw length already. I already knew I liked the Razortec as having shot one already but I was not able to compare it side by side. So today we did just that. I shot the Razortec first and knew I really liked this bow but didn't allow myself to get too excited. I wanted to use the Hoyt to "warm up on". It shot sweet. So Frank gave me the Pat DC next and I examined it closely and was impressed with the overall quality and the first thing I check is the grip. I really liked the grip but not as nice as the RT (for me). I shot the PAT DC with my 385 grain arrows and it was somewhat noisier then the RT but the Pat DC did just sit there in my hand, no shock, nothing (sweet). Now as already has been said, to get speed you have to give up something, well in my case, I do and that is the draw curve. The Pat DC was not quite as smooth as the RT for my liking. After shooting both bows back and forth, I realized that the RT was the bow for me without a doubt. Frank and I talked that I could get a 50 - 60# Pat DC and shoot maybe 58# or so but I knew the Razortec was for me as the afternoon went along. What made it nice also was Frank had the bows decked out with all the equipment so it was a fair trial. The RT also shot with no shock, noise, it sat dead in my hand with 385 grain arrows. I had Frank shoot them and I listened and evaluated the noise levels and the RT was clearly quieter. The Pat DC is a really nice bow but is not meant for me. I am really thankful I had the ability to shoot them side by side and that really made my mind up on the Razortec. Soooo Frank is Razortecless now, lol. I confiscated it from him cuz I think the Pat DC is much better suited for him, lol. When I got home, I shot the RT and my son and even my wife were amazed at how quiet this bow is!!! My son shot it and was impressed as well. So Frank, I owe you a bow
, you aren't gettin this one back ![Smile](https://www.huntingnet.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)

I would say ya gotta be impressed with a guy that will meet you at a pro shop, let you shoot his two brand new bows, and then let you take one of them home!<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Alright, quit it, you two are giving me a big head...![Smile](https://www.huntingnet.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
In all honesty, Jerry didn't mention that I had planned on putting the Razortec up on Ebay later yesterday afternoon in order for me to give the Patriot DC a fair chance of winning me over. Now I have one bow to focus on for some time
