You should get it fixed, too bad you had to buy another bow. Course that might be the best as the shipping time and all could take awhile. Won't they just send the parts to your dealer to fix it?

Rack Attack or anyone else, would you say the dual cam Patriot is pretty quiet? It might be hard to tell with the cam lean and all. That is the main thing that will get me to buy this bow is how quiet it is for hunting. Right now I'm stuck between the dc Patriot or the 2003 Cybertec.

Shane,
I never really got a chance to load the DC down with sims products. I was shooting a light 370 grn arrow, with nothing on the string but a loop. For its speed, I think the bow is very quite. Not as quite as the solo Pat, or a legacy, etc., but this bow is throwing them out from 20-30fps faster.
I have no doupts that with some leeches, limb savers and a little heavier arrow that the DC Pat is a very quite speed bow.

If im not mistaken, Is'nt the dc cams the same as the bk2? Last year the bk2 did'nt have cable adjusters. And i never heard of one single problem with it, Let alone cam lean. So i just do not see how this could be the problem. But i am to new to this techie stuff and anxiously waiting to hear the problem. As for me i think i will go with the single patriot. Good luck and let us know

I talked to BowTech. The cam is designed to lean at rest. They should be straight at full draw. Obviously hitting the limb is not what's intended. You can twist the split harness to straighten them as needed.

Interesting......
Designed to lean at rest? I have never heard of that before.
I can twist the cables but then how close should the cam be to the riser??
If its straight at rest, then does it lean at full draw?
Its only the bottom cam that is leaning too much, the top cam is straight so is the top cam wrong also?
Seems like an awful lot of tweaking to get it set up correct.
I was going to twist the cables, but then decided to wait for the new adjusters, while I played with the new solo cam.
I just don't know anymore<img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>

RA, my bottom cam is closer to the limb than the top cam. If the cams are way out of whack, you should be able to feel the cable "jump" into the groove on the cam. Could you feel anything on yours? Mine shoots fine, with no felt bumps or jumps. I measured the cams and will keep an eye on them.
