I've tried alot of finger rests in the last year my favorite is the cavalier freeflyte and freeflyte (micro) you can use it with a plunger or with one of the two side plates that comes with it its a very strong and versitile rest. it has adjustments to work with any set up. But not too many so its still really simple.
