RE: How is my form?
i gotcha bout the arm thing i will work on these things when i get home and i have another release i just thougt about it but it is kinda old, it is shorter, the thing is it has a strap type thing like a back pack strap and when i tighten it it loosens a bit, type it is you hold on to it so i guess i will try using that and i would use that when i put the new picture up and tell me if it is still to long.

The release you have can be shortened but you might need a little supervision.
I have done it and it is very simple. The nut at the end needs to be removed and then you can pull the release apart and the rod should be exposed. All you need to do is cut the rod with a hax saw(start with a small amount)and then use a vice and just put a new bend on the end. Then put it back together.
You are definately long on draw.
You need to try to get closer to this.
ALso notice how the knuckle is over the release, much easier to execute a shot without punching.
You will notice I have more palm than the previous picture but I have small hands as you probably do.I can shoot this way with little to no torque. The way pictured is painful to me.But I do rotate my forearm out and you should try to do that.
