RE: fletch glue?
i use the platinum glue and have had no problems so far with feathers or vanes or wraps but used some fletch tite (regular) a year ago and had alot of problems even though previous years had none just think maybe bad batch or may be too much glue coming out or something like that.

cabellas carries goat tuff glue and it is tuff. I shoot blazers and you can not tear my vanes off.

Agreed. Goat Tuff is some really strong stuff. I've been using it lately, but it's a nightmare to strip off when I need to refletch.

I know that you use feathers. You really should try the bohning fletch tape. I use it for my feathers and it works great! I had to pull an arrow through one of my fieldpoint targets and the feathers stayed on. When it comes time to strip them off it is very easy and clean.

I'm with ArthurP I use whatever gel type super glue I can get at Wal-Mart usually Gorilla Glue because it has a narrow tip that is perfect for my quickspin speed hunters. I also do wrap my own arrows so it bonds VERY well to the wraps I use.
