Oh, boy. Here we go again. <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
Nah, I've had a headache for the past couple of days, and I get sick of repeating myself anyway. Helical is better for all applications because it is more stable than a straight fletch.
Do a search, we had a similar debate not that long ago that had numerous posts with alot of info. Hopefully they didn't wipe it out yet. Good shooting, Pinwheel 12

RE: helical ?
IF I MAY TAKE MY TURN AT THIS??? A HELICAL WILL PUT MORE SPIN ON THE ARROW, THERE FORE STABLIZING THE ARROW MORE QUICKLY. BUT IF YOU HAVE A GOOD TUNED BOW, THERE SHOULDN'T BE THAT BIG OF DIFFERANCE. DO WATCH FOR THE AMOUNT OF HELICAL AS IT COULD RUN INTO THE REST.
