65# @ 29" can easily pull 70 or more, but not with the amount of arrows i like to fling during a practice round.

I use recurves and longbows whichrange between 54#'s at 29 through 74#'s at 29.

64# @ 29.5" I could acctually do fine with much less... but a little overkill never hurts.
