Get a few feet away from your target, draw, look through your peep, close your eyes and relax as you let the release do it's job. Keep doing this until, it leaves.
Just consentrate on your form and blot everything else out.

I agree, great advice Dave. I had to rebuild my comfort and competance after getting a new release, setting the trigger very light, having a few premature misfires, getting quirky and punching, and starting over.
I am now shooting better than ever again.
