    hi all i just finished making my medival crossbow the arrows are abt 13 inches i wanted to know can i hunt deer with it the crossbow is quite poverfull i wanted to know abt the arrow an self made broad head

    Arthur would know I'm sure, but I would ask in the crossbow forum as well.

    I doubt arrow length is going to matter unless there is some goofy law in your state about it. I would be more worried about weight. How much does your 13 inch arrow weigh? If it's really light I wouldn't use it.
